Salt in a Tupperware. I added blue food coloring and water. I did not know how much wet salt feels like sand! It's pretty cool. Downfall, D only wanted to chuck it in the air. I'm sure there's still lots of salt all over my kitchen...Plus side, I got a pretty good picture of him throwing it:)
Edible finger paint. Aka ... Vanilla pudding with food coloring. Desmund actually did pretty well with it. But it didn't keep his interest very long. oh, he ate it haha. I ended up giving him a paint brush, he ate it off of that:)
Also, I was playing around with my nice camera... Some of the pictures didn't turn out great. 125 shots and probably only 20 or less actually turned out well. After deleting the worst shots, I was left with about 60 pictures and most of those are still sorta blurry... Sorry about that:)
Ps the app on my iPad always puts my pictures out of order :/ grr
He definitely loves the salt! hahaha :) You know what you could do about the mess is put the colored, wet salt in a ziploc bag, seal it and tape it shut with duct tape. Des can then just squish it in his hands! :) Same thing with the vanilla pudding/fingerpaint. Just make sure you seal the baggie really well. Of course, he might not be too happy about not being able to make a mess.... :)
