On the Lund side:: Thanksgiving after dinner, we'd draw names for our Christmas Eve present exchange. Sometime the beginning of December we'd go to Idaho Falls and do some Christmas shopping and sometimes we would go see a holiday movie. My favorite was when we went to see The Grinch with Jim Carey.
Christmas Eve we would exchange gifts after dinner. It was always a secret. We never knew who we were getting a gift from:)
Christmas morning, our parents usually asked us to not wake them til a certain time. Tho I know my dad woke us up a couple times. Haha. So we'd open our stockings, sneak a peak at presents and watch cartoons. Then we'd open presents. Our parents always made us wait and watch everyone open their gifts. We always got oranges in our stockings. We got actual name brand cereal for breakfast. We'd always wait to do my grandparents gifts til afternoon. Then we'd just play with our stuff and enjoy a chill afternoon.
We always had oranges and peanuts at our house during Christmas. We made peanut brittle and pepper nuts. Yum!
I wish I had pictures!
