Just for me...

I'm here kuz I just want to be all around healthier. Get rid of my post baby gut and exercise more. My big thing is waking up late and skipping breakfast. Plus I don't pack lunch for work so I either skip lunch or eat out. Dinner is really the only meal I cook and it's generally pretty healthy. My goals are more water, exercise AT LEAST 3 times a week. If not more. Make myself eat breakfast. Even if it's a protein shake or smoothie. Make a lunch the night before work so I actually eat. I just get so busy during the day with work and house chores and kid that I forget to eat. And we eat late dinner due to how late the hubby works. Also, I tell myself I have to cut out ALL bad. Soda. Candy. Fast food...Etc. I've realized if I just tell myself that I can have it, but less of it and not every day, it works a lot better. Rather than cutting it out completely and then I go on a binge and feel crappy... Anyway. Those are my weaknesses. My goals, etc.
