New Years Resolution-Update

So, here's my progress:)

1. Get my house cleaned end to end, top to bottom and keep it that way. (and organized...as best as I can with a one year old lol)
I cleaned the house. Keeping it that way is another story. Even not including D's little corner in the living room. I hate folding laundry lol. I have 2 baskets full of CLEAN laundry lol...crap!

2. Finish Thirst 3&4 and the first Hunger Games by the time the Hunger Games movie comes out. (march 2012)
I finished 3, started 4. I try to read one to two Chapters a night :) I LOVE the Thirst books!

3. Exercise and finish loosing my baby weight. (get the tummy tightened up and ready for the next kid...whenever he/she comes...)
I started working out again today. My thighs are BURNING! Also I have been trying to cook. Went grocery shopping yesterday (which I also HATE lol...)

4. Read to Desmund every day.
I attempt ... But he doesn't sit still long enough ... But he looks thru his books:)

5. Learn a new talent (ie I want to start sewing. Got a machine for Christmas) or hobby and do it often. Work on projects to stay sane:)
I got thread and a few pieces of material. I also got some pictures to keep working on D's book and just ordered more today:)

6. Work on D's books (I'm up to thanksgiving...need to print pictures from then up to today...)
see number 5 lol!

7. Cook more often and learn to cook more things.
see nuber 3:)

8. start couponing (doing little by little-could use some pointers :))
uh...yeah...nothing on this one yet...

9. try to get Desmund on a sleep and eating schedule (this is a BIG TRY. He's stubborn and a major mama's boy lol... He does things when he wants to or doesn't do things if he doesn't want to.)
Not happening. Well he sleeps from about midnight ish to about 11 am. Naps between 1and2 until 3or4or5 sometimes lol. And eating schedule isn't happening either....

10. Not necessarily a resolution, but I wanna get into a mommy and me play group...
I asked at Idaho Athletic Club, they don't do them...that's as far as that has gone too haha...

  1. For couponing, I really like Fabulesslyfrugal.com.
You can choose any store around and they'll tell you the deals. If you don't get the paper like me, you can buy the coupons you want off of ebay. A while back I bought a bunch of bananas, a canteloupe, and 18 boxes of Honey Bunches of Oats for $6.32. Plus I got a $4.00 off my next shopping trip printable.
There's a group called "moms" and I can't remember what it stands for, but they have groups almost everywhere in the US, sometimes several groups per city. I found the group while living in Spokane, but I don't know about Boise.
